The Arctic Council’s Future of Children and Youth in the Arctic Initiative invites Arctic youth between the ages of 12 and 25 to share their impressions on living in the Arctic.

Each youth who submits an entry by February 28th 2005 will automatically be entered into a draw to win one of three cash prizes of $250 Canadian. They will also have to chance to have their work published on the On Top of the World Web site at www.ookpik.org.
